ParticipantSteve, I updated the connections plugin and now the logos don’t display at all on my iPhone?

Keymaster@ Steve
This seems to be related to the new HiDPI (Retina) image support added to Connections.
The error seems to be the image path can not be found. This is the actual error:
ERROR/s: Image path does not exist.
When I look at the URL i see this:
http://www.compago.co.uk/cn-image?src=http://www.itshowcase.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/connections-images/dot-net-it-ltd/Dotnet_logo.jpg&cn-entry-slug=dot-net-it-ltd&w=200&h=240&zc=2
I would expect this:
http://www.itshowcase.co.uk/cn-image?src=http://www.itshowcase.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/connections-images/dot-net-it-ltd/Dotnet_logo.jpg&cn-entry-slug=dot-net-it-ltd&w=200&h=240&zc=2
The later does give me an image as expected.
I seem to recall dealing with this path difference with you before and you explained why the difference existed in your setup. Can you remind me?

ParticipantHi Steve
We are using Connections across our multisite. The install is compago.co.uk and the other sites ecoshowcase.co.uk and fmshowcase.co.uk itshowcase.co.uk ecoshowcase.com.au draw the connections data from there based on categories
It suits us to have one database because the same record might appear in more than one category/site

ParticipantHi Steve
Just added a new entry in Connections via http://www.ecoshowcase.com.au, part of my multisite. The listing is showing but not the logo?

I can see that the original source image is here:
http://ecoshowcase.com.au/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/connections-images/citygreen/Citygreen.png
So it should be able to find the crop/scale on demand image too, so it is not making much sense…
I’m sure this is simply a path related issue (both issues). Can I get super admin and FTP access, temporarily of course, so I can figure out where the path bug is being introduced? Without it, I’m not sure I can figure it out as I can not see in my code where the error in the logic is especially since most of it is working correctly.
fyi … the image processing code was rewritten from the ground up so I can just look to see what changes were made because all of it was changed, literally.

ParticipantHi Steve
I have given you access to the site at wpengine, I presume that’s what you meant rather than WP access. You should get an email at help desk@connections-pro.com

I was able to gain the accesses I need to debug and fix the issue. This was quite a bugger to fix because in this rewrite I didn’t once take into consideration of CN_MULTISITE_ENABLED=false on a multisite install (which forces Connections into single site mode on mulitsite). As a result the image file paths and where they were actually being saved to and read from was all buggered up on your site. I have sorted all that out and I believe I’ve made all the code changes necessary.
I’ve loaded these changes on your site and everything seems to be in order now.
Let me know if you notice anything else!
Thanks for your patients and apologies for the trouble!
