GuestMy logo images are not appearing when running the plugin on mobile. The image urls on mobile are different from the image urls on desktop and don’t seem to work. In place of the image appears a 403 forbidden message (Access to the resource on the server is denied). An example of an image url that is attempting to be displayed on mobile is:
On the desktop, the following image url displays fine:
Any ideas what could be wrong?

The issue is related to security plugins and the new support for HiDPI (Retina) images. These links Connections uses to create, cache and serve these images on demand on devices that support HiDPI images are being blocked blocked by security plugins.
Do you have any of the following plugins installed?
- iThemes Security
- All in One Security and Firewall
- BulletProof Security
If you do…
- For iThemes Security, disable the Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL.
- For All in One Security and Firewall disable the option to use a custom admin URL.
- For BulletProof Security … not exactly sure why that plugin is blocking the URL/s yet.
Not sure what I have to do to convince the links are safe … I may end up having to remove this awesome new feature.
Hope this helps!
