GuestHi Steven,
My topic got closed:
https://connections-pro.com/support/topic/logos-directoryI do see /wp-content/connection_images but it is blank
I also see /wp-content/uploads and there are images there.I changed it to 777 but still can’t upload logos. If I deactivate “restrict” plugin then it is allowing me to upload. I can upload all other Media files fine. I do have the Pro version of Connections. Any ideas?
Thanks

Yes, the restrict plugin is blocking uploads for Connections. Seems like it is doing its job, I suppose. What exact “restrict” plugin are you using?

GuestThanks Steven.
We are using https://restrictcontentpro.com/1) So it is restricting only the Logo creation, without that the Entry can be created. So I was thinking that it has something to do with the upload directory permissions. Any suggestions?
2) Can Connections plugin or its add-ons do the similar functionality as ‘restrict” in that case we may deactivate ‘Restrict”. Can you please suggest?

I’ll have to download it and see if I can replicate.

I guess that depends, what exactly are you trying to restrict?

GuestThanks much Steven,
We are using “Restrict” to restrict website content on pages and also creating end users.
Kindly see if you find any issues between “Restrict” and “Connection”. Appreciate your help.03/22/2017 at 11:12 am #416656Vijay
GuestHi Steven,
Just wanted to see if you were able to do any digging on this. Appreciate your help.03/22/2017 at 12:44 pm #416660Steven Zahm

Yes, I was actually just digger a little deeper… I installed RCP onto my test site and I have not been able to replicate the issue. Actually, there seem to be no settings within RCP at all relating to file uploads. So, I’m not sure how Connections and RCP would conflict.
To investigate further, I’ll need a WP admin login and a FTP login for your site. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.
