ParticipantI updated to Wp 4.0 and think I am running the latest version of Connections and cMap. Before the update images and logos were displaying correctly now it shows “No Photo Available” where the logo should be displayed and the image in the bios is not displaying.
Version Information
WordPress: 4.0
Multisite: Yes
Connections: 8.1.3
Database: 0.1.9http://uniteboise.com/business-directory
Thank you in advance for your help

When I look at the page’s error logs it seems the issue is not Connections related, at least on the surface.
Load the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. You’ll see 404 and 500 errors for many other images too. Connections does handle this gracefully by not loading trying to load the image at all.
The issue could simply be that the memory allocated to PHP has been exhausted. My first suggestion is to try to increase it to see if the issues resolves. Here’s a link to an excellent blog post that outlines several methods to try to increase the amount. Since different methods will work on different hosts, I suggest starting at the top of the list and working your way down until hopefully the issue is resolved.
If that does not fix it, then I’ll need a temp admin account and FTP access so I can take a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply. Please follow-up with a non-private reply otherwise I will not know you posted the login details.
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

GuestSteven,
i don’t know where you guys ended with this thread. I have the same problem. I’ve tried several options but cannot get the logo to display. I went into my WP Config file and added “define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);” with no results. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like it is working fine … If I reveal the bio I see the the photo is being displayed:

If the photo displays, so should the logo. It all uses the same code.
If you uploaded a logo, what is the file type and size? Did you set the logo display? It is possible to upload a logo and set it to be not displayed. Edit the entry, there will be options under the logo for display, not displayed and remove. make sure display is set.

By default cMap shows the logo, not the photo. To configure cMap to display the photo instead use this shortcode:
[connections image='photo' tray_image='none' str_image='No Photo Available' str_tray_image='']Hope that helps!
