we’ve some problems with the newest WordPress version and jQuery 1.10. Problem is the live and browser features which are dropped by jQuery. Also some tests with jquery-migrate did not succeed.
Raw error is this:
www.icinga.org/users/:3865 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined www.icinga.org/users/:2733 Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'live' cn-form-user.js?ver=1.0:99
In ui we can not expand the address parts, see here: https://www.icinga.org/users/
Do you have any suggestions?
We’re using: Connections, Form and cMap template.
I believe the issue is with MailPress. Can you please deactivate it temporarily? And I’ll take another look after you do.
thanks for the quick reply. That’s it. Thanks!
I thought it might be. It seems for some reason they are loading jQuery manually rather than enqueuing and letting WordPress manage the dependencies. That’s a bug that the MailPress author will have to fix as it’ll likely break other plugins too.
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review. Many thanks in advance!
