ParticipantI have a site at http://ocontoareachamber.com/chamber-members/
When you click on page 3 I get an Internal Server Error
I checked with hosting support and we tried killing processes, flushed cache and redid permalinks to check the server with no luck. It is really weird that only one page does this.09/21/2016 at 5:06 pm #392492Steven Zahm

Hard to know off hand. Can you check the PHP error log to see it it reveals anything that might be useful to debug the issue. You’ll have to ask your webhost where you can find this file.
Most often this file will be cluttered with messages, notices and warnings. You should first delete it and then download the file fresh after visiting the page a few times. Hopefully something will get get logged.
Let me know what you find out.

ParticipantHi Steve,
I was able to figure this out. It did create an error log when going to page three. I think I have it attached to this post. I am not sure how to read it, but hope this helps.
Thanks,

Well, I do not see any errors coming from Connections. There are errors from two other plugins though; Easy Columns and Huge-It Google Maps. I suggest temporarily deactivating those plugins and see if the directory page loads.

ParticipantI tried deactivating both these, but there was no change in results. Then I even deactivated all the rest of the plugins, but still get the error.
This is really an odd one. Any other thoughts?

Ok, let’s see if this can be isolated to a single entry on that page. Change the pagination to be 1 per page by adding
page_limit=1
to the existing shortcode on the directory page. Navigate to the directory and then jump to page 40 which should be the Brothers Three entry. Click the next page link until you get the server error. Click the browser’s back button. Note the entry’s name. We now know the exact start of the error. What is it’s name? Find it on the Connections : Manage admin page and click the Unapprove link. Now, can you see the third directory page first removepage_limit=1
from the shortcode?09/27/2016 at 8:58 am #393328Bill
ParticipantSUCCESS!
I don’t know how, but the Hometown Veterinary Clinic was the culprit. I deleted it, and then re-created it. Everything works now.
I have purchased a number of products from you and your support is as great as the products. Thanks very much.

Great news. I do wonder what could have cause the error. It it even happens again, let me know. I would like to take a first hand look to see what the cause is before deleting the entry.
I’m guessing you were able to view and edit the entry in the admin correct? If so, very odd it would cause an error one place and not the other.
Apologies for the trouble!
