ParticipantI have sent a few e-mails with NO response. I purchased the cMap on MARCH 8TH and it is not installing correctly on my website. My Purchase ID: 0c7a9c3cb5aee867a7c448952b16533f. Please give me a call at 3013327757 or respond to e-mail at info@thewombsauna.com. I was very excited about the application but with no response to needing support, I’m very disappointed.

re: I have sent a few e-mails with NO response.
I have not received any email from you before today, this forum post and the duplicate message sent via the contact form. Were you perhaps sending email replies to the transactional email that says at the top; “do not reply”? If you were, then I would never see those.
I going to reply to this forum post and not the duplicate contact form message. That would be confusing for the both of us.
re: it is not installing correctly on my website
I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. If you can give me more details, I can certainly help. For example, the steps you followed to install the template and perhaps an error or other messages you saw when trying to install the template.

re: screenshot
Not sure what the screenshot is supposed to show??? It looks like you have 12 active plugins but he screenshot only shows the top 2.
re: the plugin is not showing on the menu bar
I’m wondering… cMap required the core Connections Business Directory plugin to be installed. If it does not show in your admin menu, then I think the tech may not have installed it. That is the very first installation instruction.
My suggestion is to verify whether or not Connections installed and if it is not, ask you tech to install it for you.

ParticipantThis is the response I received from my website support person: “I installed it exactly how they had it on the site. I downloaded the app, went to plugins, clicked add new, uploaded it and activated it all directly from the dashboard. There was no error message. It’s just not showing up at all. It’s in the plugins list as activated. That’s all the info I have.”

That sounds correct, I still suspect it was not installed correctly, but to debug further, I will need a temp admin account so I can log in and take a look. The log in details can be posted here as a private reply.

As mentioned in my previous reply, I guessed the core Connections Business Directory plugin was not installed. It was not. I took a moment to install it and then activate the cMap template.
Hope that helps!
