GuestHi all
I have several lists with different categories and i want the list to have another template than the one wich is used when someone clicks on an entry. Now I found several posts where it’s said, that I would have to change the template in the Tab “All” to the one, which should be used for the list. Then in the tabs “individual” and “Organization” the one for the single entries. And at last I checked the box “single entry”.
Allthough I have done all these points it doesn’t work. Am I missing something or does anyone know this problem?

That sounds about right. What are the exact shortcodes you’re using on each page?

GuestWell I only need very simple shortcodes… So actually, where I want the names-template which i used in the “all”-Tab it’s just:
[connections category='7']

ParticipantHI
I have the same problem.
Use Slim Plus template in All and Individual tab, and Market template in Organization tab.
Also checked the box Single Entry.
Only have the [connections] entry in my page.
Everything seems ok but when selecting an organization entry it use Slim Plus
and not Market template.Am i also missing something..?

Sounds right, this setup works for me … can I get a temp admin account so I can take a closer look?

I just logged in (sorry, I seem not to be notified of private replies, everytime I turn around that plugin seems to have a new bug, sigh). Things seems fine or I do not understand what exactly the issue is.
The Slim Plus set as the All template which is being used as it should. The Slim Plus template as the Individual and it too is being used as it should. And the Market template set as the Organization template. That would be used but there is no way for it actually to be used. Let me explain…
The
Kontakter
page has just the[connections]
shortcode. It will use the template activate under the All template type, Slim Plus. The Slim Plus template has no way of clicking thru to the single entry so there is no way to click on an organization and end up on the single entry page using the Market template. The
Företag
page is using this shortcode[connections list_type='individual, organization']
. Sinceindividual
is the first entry type listed that is the template type that will be used which is set to Slim Plus. Again, which does not provide a way to click thru to a single entry. You could actually see that the settings are working if you change the All template type to the Names template, then on the
Kontakter
page the list would show using the Names template and when you click thru to a single individual page, it’ll display using the Slim Plus template and when you click on an organization to view its single entry page it’ll show using the Market template.I hope that clears this up how this functionality works.
