ParticipantWhen clicking on an individual’s profile, the page looks as though that person is a member of all teams – not the single team associated with that person (see attachment). I have exhausted all options found in settings. Please help!

Looks like you used the
[connections]shortcode on the same page multiple times. Connections is designed to be used on that page a single time. You can do this, but you’ll need two pages…Edit the page and look in the browser’s address bar for the page ID that WP assigns the page.
Create a second page and name it “Person” (name is not relevant). In this new page’s content use this shortcode:
[connections home_id=y]Where
yequals the page ID of the original page. After you public the page, take note of the new page’s ID and add
home_id=x'to every shortcode instance on the original page. Wherexequals the second page’s ID.Hope that helps.
ps. Fun fact, I use to detect this and “clear” the page’s content to only display the single entry no matter how many times the shortcode was used. But, due to the rise of page builders that had to be removed because “clearing” the page would also clear the page builder layout.

ParticipantThanks for the quick response! On the main page, I am using the [connections] shortcode many times to reflect only certain categories under certain headings. See below:
[cn_widget id="cnw_search-2"]
SELPA Leadership
[connections category_in=10]Program Support
[connections category_in=2]Fiscal Support
[connections category_in=9]Data & Compliance
[connections category_in=7]SELPA Support Staff
[connections category_in=8]
After clicking on one member from the main page, you see the screenshot I sent you before. So the individual’s page does not have multiple [connections] shortcodes on it.

re: So the individual’s page does not have multiple [connections] shortcodes on it.
The individual entry page is not different from the page where you have input all the shortcodes. Or, put another way… it is the exact same page. So, those 6 shortcodes, they exist on both the list view and the entry view (since it is the same page).
If you follow the instructions I have provided in my previous reply, you will achieve the results you’re looking for. Promise.
Hope that helps~

ParticipantYou’re good at this, Steven. I’ll be submitting another topic soon regarding custom orders of category listings.
