    Just to verify, there is no function to import a CSV to delete unwanted entries?

    Correct. I seem to recall seeing a plugin for WP that allowed one to delete a post/page by ID if it had a minus symbol in front of the ID. I suppose I could add a feature like that to the CSV Import addon.
