ParticipantI imported a CSV file successfully with 218 entries.
When I view the Directory page, only the Manual Entry is displaying.
How can I fix this to display all the entries?

PLease make sure the CSV file meets the requirements.
After you’ve done that, that a moment to read the tips. If the requirements and tips are followed there should not be an issue importing the file.
Also, please refer to the second paragraph in this FAQ as I think it is the reason you are not seeing items being imported:
One last suggestion if none of this works… If you have not upgraded Connections to version 8.11, please do so now. After the upgrade is complete navigate to the Connections : Settings tab and click the Betas tab. Opt into the CSV Import beta. Then navigate to the WordPress Updates admin page and click the Check Again button. Update to the beta version of CSV Import. It provides faster importing of large CSV files and more importantly more feedback during the import process. If CSV rows are skipped or failed it let you know and provide download links to CSV file which contain the skipped and failed rows.
Hope this helps! Let me know.

ParticipantThank you Steven!
I use the CSV template file directly generated from the Plugin.
I enabled the Beta and it didn’t make it show up.
I was able to import all the entries and they are displaying on the back end. However, they are not showing up on the frontend on the Directory page.

RE: I enabled the Beta and it didn’t make it show up.
Did you navigate to the Updates admin page and click the “Check Again” button. WP does a force refresh of plugin updates. Otherwise it can take up to 24 hours for an update to show.

If you are using page caching, flush it. Make sure the imported entries are “Public”. Check your shortcode that you used to embed the directory on the page. YOu could be excluding the new entries so they do not show.

ParticipantThank you! I rechecked the Directory code and reinput the shortcode and it all showed up!
Now I just need to get a handle on Bulk editing the Privacy of certain categories – ie not displaying the Addresses or Emails publicly. I want to give the Members a chance to approve and set their own privacy settings. However, I did not set the visibility on those fields in the CSV before upload.
