ParticipantSteven,
I have been trying to do an upload of about 1300 names & addresses. About 600 of those have phones numbers also. I have been able to successfully import all of the names and addresses, however, every entry with a phone number is not getting imported.
To summarize, the final result is 700 successfully imported entries, all of those entries without phone numbers attached. Those with phone numbers are not getting imported at all. I have hit F12 when importing and there is no error showing. All of my license keys and updates are active and current. Please advise, Thanks!

That’s curious. Have never run into an issue like that before. Could you please attach a copy of the CSV file you are importing? Change the name from
.csvto.txtfirst otherwise it will be rejected as an valid attachment. Also, please include as screenshot of the mapping you are using so I can match that too when I test.

Ok, I did not do any testing, but I opened the file and noticed that the file encoding is broken. What was the source of the CSV file? At the end of every phone number is
ÿHwhich basically is my text editor doing its best to decode whatever that character should actually be.My suggesting, read this tip in the FAQs. make sure the file is UTF8 encoded and I’m sure it’ll import just fine.
Hope this helps, let me know.
