ParticipantHello,
I’m having the problem on my page where the images aren’t showing, and I’m getting spinning circles instead.
I’ve tried the fix at http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/images-not-showing-since-installing-tiles-plus/ with no success.
Using Chrome’s inspector panel, the images are being rendered correctly with no errors.
The page is at http://fridayncsu.staging.wpengine.com/about-us/directory/
One note. If I click on a page, and then use the back button, the images will render correctly.

I think another script or maybe the theme is interfering with the default core WP jQuery files. Please try this. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and under the Advanced tab select the jQuery option and click update. That should resolve the issue.
Let me know.

ParticipantIt has helped, but only intermittently.

Nope, that didn’t do it. Something is preventing
jquery-migrate.js
from loading on the page.Try deactivating all plugins except Connections and its templates. If the issue is resolved then activate plugins one at a time until the issue comes back. when it does the last activated plugin is causing the problem. If deactivating all plugins does not resolve it, then it is the theme causing the issue.
This isn’t the right way to fix it…
Edit the theme’s
header.php
file and add the following line right before</head>
:<script type='text/javascript' src='/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js'></script>
You might have to tweak the source path a bit.

GuestI’m having the same problem on our install.
The images will display on some of the templates and not others, which is strange.
I can’t really deactivate other plugins because most are essential.
