GuestHello,
I have just recently purchased your tile plus template. Your plugin overall is amazing by the way. I am having an issue with images displaying. I have made all the proper changes to the picture settings and have even uploaded new images several times, but still do not display and it simply shows a spinning circle on the images. There was one setting that I did not fully understand and that was the permalink other than default setting. Other than that it is configured correctly. Please see this site below for an example of the problem.

I see you have multi-site running which could be the problem, so you’ll have to help me understand your set.
This is the page you have Tile Plus on:
http://twincities.sites.renterswarehouse.com/meet-our-team/Connections is looking for the image here:
http://sites.renterswarehouse.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/30/connection_images/brenton2_original.jpgNotice the lack of “twincities” in the URL. The image is there…
However, it is also at:
http://twincities.sites.renterswarehouse.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/30/connection_images/brenton2_original.jpgSee, I added “twincities”.
For security, the image has to be loaded from the URL with “twincities”
So, how do you do that, honestly I don’t know because your setup seems to be unique. Connections uses a standard WordPress functions to determine the URL and WordPress says it is the URL without the “twincites”.
Does any of this info help?

GuestWell we have connections running on our other sites perfectly. Also we have different templates other than Tile Plus running perfectly on this twin cities site with images. It appears that only this template for some reason is not displaying images. Please see links below for other pages on that same twin cities site that have images working perfectly:

Those templates use the pre-cached images that are created when uploading an image to an entry.
Since Tile Plus has specific image size requirements, the latest version forces by creating the images on the fly.
It just occurred to me … Since you said you made the image adjustments, I think you can “turn off” the forced image size and use the pre-cached images instead. I say “think” because I haven’t tested it, but it should work. Try using this shortcode:
[connections image_width='' image_height='']

GuestLooks like that did it! Images are displaying normally now.
Thank you so much for your quick help and best of luck with your plugin, it is amazing!
