    Hi there!

    I’m having issues uploading a picture to my contacts. I usually have to do it 3 times before it can work.

    First I upload it and it doesn’t show. Then I have to remove it. Then I have to reupload it again.

    I saw some people were having issues as well. I don’t get any error messages, it simply doesn’t show. Any ideas what might be going on?

    No one has had this particular issue that I can recall…

    When you edit the entry to remove the image, does it show or does it show a broken image?

    Did make any changes to the image before the different attempts or are you uploading the exact same image?

    I apologize. When I searched for image not showing I got results but not for this particular template.

    When I’m in the entry itself the image is showing but when click to update it the image disappears. So then I go into the entry again, I see the image is there, I remove it, update page, upload the same image again and then it works. But it’s not working anymore in the first attempt.

    So, if I understand correctly…

    You add an image, it does not show on the directory page.

    You edit the entry, it shows when you edit.

    You click remove and save the entry.

    You edit the entry again and add an image, and now the image displays on the directory page?

    Now I cut this process down from 3 to 2 by putting all the information first (without a picture), hitting add entry, then locating the entry, adding the image and updating it.

    I logged in added a new entry 0 test with a test image. And it showed up in the admin and on the page the first time. I immediately set it to unlisted so it would not show up on your directory. I did did not delete it so you could see it.

    Question… When you are adding the entry… are you certain you are adding it as a image and not a logo? For the image to show up in Gridder, you need to add it as the image, not the logo.

    I added as an image. Just to clarify, you didn’t touch anything else, right? all the fonts on our page are off now for some reason…
