ParticipantHi Steve,
Doing the setup of our link section using “connections” with the “slim pro” template. So far so good, except that where the person’s photo should be, it’s just a spinning wheel with a little broken image icon over at the top of the image box.
i have set the permissions to 755 in the connections_images directory, but it’s still not working.
any suggestions?

Participantp.s. and yes, the image files are in the connections_images directory after the upload. just not showing up on a browser.

Participantalso, i tried switching to your default theme and the photo shows up on the browser, so this seems to be isolated to Slim Pro

Can you share a link to the page having the issue. I should be able to give a fix after I examine it.

Great to hear! Was the doc root or permissions the issue?

ParticipantI’m having the same issue with the Slim template. The images appear on the back end within WordPress but when viewed on the website – nada…just broken images. I have tried going into the server and making sure that 1) the image directory exists and 2) there is proper permission, but still no fix.

Any help?
Thanks!10/06/2014 at 5:29 pm #306250Steven Zahm

The version of Slim you have installed is a little over a couple years old. You can download the latest version for free from your [purchase history](http://connections-pro.com/my-account/purchase-history/). After you [update](http://connections-pro.com/documentation/install/templates/), things should be fine. Hope that helps!
