I logged in… it appears that all 115 entries in the CSV file have been imported yesterday. Am I just to delete them so I can see the issue? How did you get all to import if you were having trouble? Did you import in smaller batches? Or are the 115 just a smaller subset of a larger file you are trying to import?

ParticipantThe 115 includes all of the members that need to be impored. I broke it up and imported smaller batches. You can delete the entries that are currently in the system so that you can test. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, just now. I added a plugin called Code Snippets and added a new snippet which limits the import to on 25 rows per batch. This sees to have resolved the issue.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks for looking into this. I’m not following your last post. You said it “limits the import to on 25 rows per batch”. Did you mean “limits the import to only 25 rows per batch”? If so, can I import the entire file at once?
Thanks again,
Donnie

By default the CSV Import import the CSV file in batches of 100. That is what the progress bar shows. It time it increases in length, a batch of 100 from the CSV file was imported.
The change I made was I limited the importing to 25 per batch. So each time the progress bar increases in length 25 rows from the CSV file was imported.
The file will continue to be imported in batches until the entire file has been imported. It just is not possible to import hundreds or thousands of items into the database all at once. That would exhaust server resources and cause the site to stop working.
I hope this clears it up and does not cause further confusion. Let me know.
