I have tried to resize the images to fit 300 x 200 px. However, it keeps defaulting to Width: 80px; Height: 54px. Can you tell me how to fix this issue?04/27/2017 at 10:11 am #421316
Yes, that is exactly how it works. The Slim template requires a specific image size for its layout to stay intact so Connections will auto create the required image size on demand.
The image size should be larger than the size you stated, so, that is not correct. Can you share the link to your directory page so I can see the issue?04/27/2017 at 11:43 am #42132404/27/2017 at 1:40 pm #421328
Ok, I took a look, the size is correct at 120x100px. As mentioned in my last reply the Slim Plus image requires a specific image size for its layout to stay intact so Connections will auto create the required image size on demand.
Larger images is possible but would require editing the template and it PHP and CSS files in order to accommodate the larger image.
Isee you’ve purchased the cMap template, that seems like a good fit for the site and its designed to allow for larger images. Will that work?04/27/2017 at 3:49 pm #421334
Hi … Thank you for the info. I will try the cMap template to see if it works. However, I like the way the Slim template lays out the list. Does cMap do that as well?04/27/2017 at 3:56 pm #421335
I tried cMap, but it does the same thing .. images are too small. See screen shot below.

re: I tried cMap, but it does the same thing .. images are too small. See screen shot below.
That is not the cMap template. That still looks like the Slim template. After you activate, for use, the cMap template on the Connections : Templates admin page you can then use the Template Customizer to change the image size to your desired image size.
If you activate the cMap template on the Connections : Templates admin page and it does not get used, then you very likely used the template shortcode option which will override the active template. If you used this option, remove it from the shortcode.
Hope that helps!04/27/2017 at 5:26 pm #421344
Hi … I got the cMap working, but I really liked the list of the Slim template. Can I do that with cMap?? Thank you!04/27/2017 at 5:32 pm #421345
Let me clarify … Can I do an A to Z listing with cMap? Thanks04/28/2017 at 9:21 am #421388
I looked at you page again… looks like you found the setting which turns on the character index. Page looks great!
