GuestHi,
I uploaded an image for an entry but it is not showing in the HTML code of the website. However it is showing as a thumbnail in the Connections backend.
Please suggest what the issue could be.
Thanks.08/22/2018 at 10:25 am #470621Steven Zahm

I’m assuming you are using the free included Default template, correct? If that is the case, navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Customize button for the Default template.
The page will refresh displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer and then click the Image panel.
Choose the desire image to display.
Now, carefully read the instructions displayed above the directory in the preview.
Click and entry name in the directory list in the preview and make the Image change again.
Publish the changes and exit the Customizer.
Hope this helps. Let me know.

RE: The issue is that I cannot see the Customize button for the Slim Plus Template.
Slim Plus has not yet been upgraded to use the Customizer so there is no button. Instead it is customized by using shortcode options.
Here’s the doc page with the Slim Plus shortcode options.
Navigate to the page which has the directory onit. Edit the page. Switch the page editor to the Text tab.
- What is the exact shortcode being used to embed the directory on the page?
- Can you share a link to the directory page?
