    Hi there

    I understand from reading other posts that I can not limit the category list for a form however I am wondering whether or not there is a way to identify a form submission as being for a specific category or not.

    To explain better, I use connections for 2 directories, one for flute teachers (defined with a flute teacher role category) and another for accompanists (defined with an accompanist role category.

    I don’t want to allow the categories section on my form as it will be too confusing for users due to the fact that it shows all categories rather than being able to be limited so… I need a way to know whether a form submission came from my accompanist directory or from my flute teacher directory.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry, to say there nothing in Form that can be set to accomplish this. I already have it in my feature request list to allow the limit of root parent categories just like the templates.
