how to display members of a group on sidebar

    i added a group named missionteam to 17 people. i want to display those people with their pic in a widget on sidebar. is there way to do this? there isn’t a widget i could find that shows a selected group.

    I added a widget just last week to do exactly this. It is basically the Recently Added widget except if order by the default alphabetical order rather than newest first.

    That would work for you; wouldn’t it? I’m planning on pushing that update later this week.

    yes that would work. anyway i could get it now? i’m trying to get this for our church so people can write letters to the team. thanks

    can this be limited to a selected group? or i can add something else so it flags and shows just the selected individuals. i put missionteam as a group for them. i could do a different category or something else if that worked.

    I can try to get it released tomorrow morning. Yes, it can be limited to a select group by assigning them to a category and then setting the widget to only display entries from the selected category.
