ParticipantI was under the impression, we can hide a listings email address (with a link to email contact instead) or could obsfucate them? is this a setting in CMap or within the Connections plugin itself?

Yes. The options are:
- Do not add the email address and it will not be shown.
- If you wish to add the email, set it its Visibility to Private or Unlisted. Then only logged in users can view it (Private) or you, the admin (Unlisted).
- If you want the email to be publically visible but protected against spambots, then you need the ROT13 Email Encryption extension.
- If you want site visitors to be able to email the entry without exposing the email address publically regardless of its visibility, then you need the Contact extension
Now, if you asking if you can add a link, let’s say “email me”, for users to click that opens the email app on the visitors computer/mobile device, the answer is no. This offers no protection because the email address is in the page source which a spambot can read as easily as if it were on the page itself.
Hope that answers your question thoroughly.

ParticipantOne last questions…… Is there any way to change the title “Email Entry” to something else such as “Email This Business” or something else along those lines?
