ParticipantHi,
Just enabled the cMap theme.
I would like to know how i go about disabling the profile page (so a user cannot click that individuals name and what you see if what you get) and put an add to address book on each. Also is there any easy way to change the font for connections, looks like connections isn’t using my wordpress template font.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Advanced tab. In the Permalink section, disable the Name option.
re: put an add to address book on each
The only way to add that where you show in the screenshot is to manually adding with some PHP code. Is this something you feel comfortable doing?

It does inherit the theme font. There are some font size settings and not much else font related precisely to allow it to be inherited from the theme. It could be the way the theme has setup the selectors they are not cascading down to the template. But that is just a guess. I’d have to see the page in question.
Hope that helps!
ps, The screenshot looks like the Default Entry Card template, not cMap.

ParticipantGreat,
Thanks for the reply, im comfortable with manually adding some PHP code.
I have adjusted the cMAP template and changed the name from right to left. We liked the look of the default but it didnt have the search etc.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Sorry one last question, i have disabled the name option, now the colour of the name is very dark to the point you cant see the name through the background colour, is there any way to change the text colour on the name?

Add
$entry->vcard();
where you want the vCard link to be displayed.re: i have disabled the name option, now the colour of the name is very dark to the point you cant see the name through the background colour, is there any way to change the text colour on the name?
Normally I would say to use the cMap Template Customizer but since the template has been altered I do not know if that will work or not. To give it a try, navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for cMap. The page will reload with the Customizer of the Left and a Preview on the right. Click the back arrow on the top left of the Customizer and then click the Style panel. In there you can control some of the colors of the cMap. Change the colors as desired and click the Save and Publish button. Exit the Customizer.
If that does not work, you need to add CSS targeting the entry name to change the color.
Hope that helps!
