Participanthttp://connections-pro.com/add-on/form/ <— the screenshots are too small.
Are they any larger one that has step by step guide? :(

ParticipantThanks a lot Steve.
What I really wanted are:
1) The users can registration / sign up (with passwords) with entry in one form.
2) I can review the registration to approve or not.
3) Once approved they can login and edit their entryCurrent setting if you want to submit an entry there is not entry that you ask for passwords or usernames.
Kindly advise.

re: The users can registration / sign up (with passwords) with entry in one form.
Sorry, but the Form extension is to accept submissions to the directory it does not support user registration. You’ll need to use the user registration built into WordPress press or another plugin which does user registration.
re: I can review the registration to approve or not.
This, you will definitely need a plugin which features user registration with registration admin approval.
re: Once approved they can login and edit their entry
You can do this. After you have approved the user, that user can login and add or edit their entry but, as mention, you’ll need a plugin which features user registration with admin approval.
