GuestHi, I am using the Enfold theme, and the grid is not displaying correctly. It appears correctly for a fraction of a second and then disappears. It’ most likely a CSS issue, but I can’t track it down. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Something is manipulating images with javascript. If I disable javascript in my browsers, the images display just fine. Why only the category images, I have no idea. But the their width/height is being overridden and set to
0.My suggestion is to do the plugin conflict test. Let me know what you find out.

GuestThank you for getting back to me. I turned off all the plugins (we don’t have many), but there was no change – the images are still being reset to 0 width/height.
I’m running the stock Enfold theme with no modifications. Can you see what Javascript is causing the conflict.

Hmmm… Enfold must have changed something in an update. It should just work as it always has. Can I please get an WP admin login so I can take a closer look? Details can be posted here as a private reply. Thanks.

I’m sorry, but I think you’re going to have to reach out to the Enfold support on this one.
I tracked down the javascript causing this. It is the shortcodes.js for Enfold.
http://kolokube.co.uk/wp/wp-content/themes/enfold/js/shortcodes.js?ver=3If I block this file from running, the images display just fine. There are doing a few things with images in this file so it is hard to pin down exactly the issue. But it’s a probably safe assumption that is the code in this file should only affect their shortcodes and that there must be a bug which is causing it to also effect the category images.
If they are unable to help, I’ll need a copy of the theme so I can go thru their file one line at a time to figure out why the category images are being targeted. Then I might be able to add code to prevent it.
