It would be fantastic to have a page with a Google Map with all the members locations at same time in.

I’ve have to insist in this cuestion. I’d need a plugin like Web 2.0 Directory
(http://codecanyon.net/item/web-20-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/6463373?ref=wpmayor&ref=wpmayor&clickthrough_id=341627617&redirect_back=true) to do map searching.
