ParticipantHi Steven –
The website is http://www.peia.org/directories
I’m using cmap. I have enabled Google API with a server key (I enabled Google Maps JavaScript API and Google Maps Geocoding API). I’m also using Events Calendar plug-in and entered the same Google API server key in the settings for that.
Maps display for events (see http://www.peia.org/calendar/peacemaking-task-force-meeting-2/ as example) but not for entities in my Connections database. The error in the console is
Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
found in jquery.gomap.min.jsPlease advise. Thanks –

Please re-enable the Google Maps API on the Connections : Settings admin page, Advanced tab in the Compatibility section. After you do, the maps should show.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantExcellent. Thanks! I had disabled that previously due to a conflict with the Events plug-in. Looks like they both work now. I appreciate your help.

ParticipantThanks, Steven. I did try to create the browser key originally but Google won’t let me. I’m attaching a screen shot. You can see that the “Create” button is disabled. I’ve tried on multiple browsers. I also tried changing the referrer to
http:peia.org/*
as you suggest but the Create button still is not appearing.
Do you know why this might be?
Thanks –

Sorry, I do not know why.
Try this, open a private window and log in and add a browser key.
Not sure if it’ll help or not, but hope it does. If it does not, the only thing I can suggest is Google it and see if others had the issue and see what they did to resolve it.
ps. the referrer s/b
http://peia.org/*but that should not affect the creat button.08/23/2016 at 5:23 pm #387557Lara Marsh
ParticipantSteven –
Thanks. The private browser didn’t work. I messed with it a while and searched around and finally decided to delete the verified domain and re-add it. I typed it all the same but for some reason that reset it and my Create button appeared for the browser key! Yay!
Thanks for all your help –
