GuestThere are a few things I need to check:
• the cost for installing this. Will there be any annual cost or is it a one time cost
•Can i take printout of labels city/nation wise.
•can i download the data in excel sheet07/24/2014 at 9:28 am #297871Steven Zahm

Sorry, no, there is no support for printing labels or exporting the data in an excel at this time. If those are absolute requirements then Connections will not be a good fit for your needs. As for annual cost, yes, the premium templates and extensions do have an optional annual renewal fee for continued support and updates. I hope that answers your questions thoroughly.

re: how can i take a backup?
I highly recommend using a plugin like BackupBuddy or service such as WP Vault for backups. They will backup all of WordPress including the data from Connections. (I’m in no way affiliated with either of these backup solutions.)07/28/2014 at 7:03 am #298159Dennis
Guestsorry backup means CSV import and export

Yes, there is CSV Import. Right now the only option for CSV export is using a tool like phpMyAdmin to export the Connections tables. Then you would have to come up with a way to merge the different table data.
