GuestGood Morning,
I have installed the plugin and created a page with short codes that show individual and organisation entries separately. This seems to be working correctly as I have entered one entry each using the organisation and individual templates and they both show up in the correct place. However, when i click on either the name of the person or the name of the organisation, it takes me to a page that doesn’t show the rest of the entry, just links to go back to the directory or add to address book. Can you please advise how to fix so that clicking on the organisation or indvidual’s name will show their full entry?
Thanks,

GuestSorry forgot to attached link. Here is the page for the directory which shows the two entries and clicking on either one of them will show you the problem.

Thanks,

I can not see the directory because it needs a login.

Could you please double check, it still shows as requiring a user/pass to view the directory for me.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab.
Scroll down to the Single Entry section.
If the Template option has a check, please remove the check and save the settings.Hope this helps, let me know.
ps. If you are planning to use the
[connections]shortcode on the page twice, which you can do, it will require a somewhat more complex setup otherwise you will see the single entry once for each instance you use the shortcode on the page.03/25/2018 at 11:38 pm #456653Rachelle Deem
GuestHi Steven
I’ve recently taken over this website from Nicole and I’m trying to finalise the member’s directory area. As far as I can determine the issue she outlined above is still occurring (i.e. I can see the two members outlined in the directory, but using the clickable link to view their profile takes me to the following page https://rrrnetwork.org/member-directory/name/philippa-whitman/ where I’m not able to see any detail.
I’d very much like to get some further assistance.
