ParticipantHi Steven,
I am using Connections on another site and things were working smoothly, until I noticed a change to the format of the way the directory listings were being displayed. Where as initially the height of each tile was as expected, somehow they are now displaying with an exaggerated height. Have you seen this before? any suggestions?
You can view the page here http://winecountryplanning.com/wineries/
Thanks!

Yes, I see this all the time, mostly with themes from ThemeForest. They are implementing new submission guidelines that should help with this.
Please try the solutions in this FAQ. Fixes it nearly 100% of the time.
Let me know if this helps.

ParticipantIndeed this is a them from Themeforest. I tried both the [raw] and [noformat] solutions to no avail. Could I provide you login acces to the site to look around? I’ll send the access info in a subsequent private reply.
Thanks!

Enabling the Template theme compatibility option on the Connections : Settings admin page under the advanced tab did the trick.

ParticipantThank you! Once again you deserve strong props for your support! FYI – I was able to login to my WordPress.org account and provide a 5-star rating for the plugin including mention of your world-class support. Thanks again!
