ParticipantHi, I have recently installed the Form extension, and it seems like it doesn’t work:
1. The form itself doesn’t allow adding addresses, phone numbers or anything of the kinds (the fields just won’t show – instead, it brings me to the top of the page)
2. Following submission, the page doesn’t redirect anywhere (though I marked the redirect option) and just shows an empty form again.I have a similar problem with the cMap extension – there, when I click on the “show map” option, it goes to the top of the page without doing anything else.
My website is in Hebrew, but I’d be happy if you could take a look. It currently runs on the Tempera theme:

I just visited the directory page and the Form submit page and it seems to be working fine. I assume you’ve figured out the issue, yes?

Hmmm… Can you please confirm? I sent several test submissions and they seemed to work fine. I also received my submission received email on the one test where I included an email address. Yoiu should have several test entries from Connections Helpdesk in you mod queue. You can safely delete these.

All of this happens when I click a single entry and choose “Edit entry” from there. Do you have another way to work it out?

Ok, I think I see the issue (not sure if the pasted links will work, but lets try)
The edit links are this, which do not work:
The edit links should be like this (in the browser address bar, the encoding should display as the actual Hebrew characters):
What is happening is they are being double encoded and this would be a bug in Form. I’ll see if I can track it down.

09/28/2015 at 5:18 pm #348505ParticipantIt looks better, but unfortunately I still don’t receive the submissions. In addition, pressing the blue buttons (see screenshot) wouldn’t open the hidden fields – it still only jumps to the top of the page.
