    Hi, I want users to be able to request their business to be added to the site, I “think” that I need your extension called “form”, however when I click on any link to….

    http://connections-pro.com/add-on/form/

    …I get a 404 error, could you confirm this is what your extension does and fix the page lol so I can purchase it?

    Yes, thanks I had already found the demo link but that doesn’t really explain what the form does, I can also see from the page http://connections-pro.com/documentation/form/option/ that the form customisable, but not the detail that I would expect would be on the page that is missing, http://connections-pro.com/add-on/form – does this extension allow website browsers to request their contact to be added to the site and if so what is the process?

    Surely it would just be easier to restore the missing page from your backup?

    oh, and there seems no way of me actually purchasing the extension, even if it is what I need, as there doesnt seem to be any page with the “add to cart” button for this extension?
