ParticipantI am using Form on 2 sites. Each are having separate display issues when toggling between Individual and Organization.
In http://www.caringconnectionsofuc.com/advertisers-signup-form/ nothing happens when clicking the radio buttons.
In http://www.kingstonlandlordassociation.com/join-directory/ I get a slightly scrambled dropdown effect when choosing Individual but all seems well when choosing Organization.
I’ve tried the Templates option in Advanced and version 1.0.3 is in place on both sites. I’ve tried a few other option changes (just to see) in the admin but nothing changes. (And I reverted all options to their correct setting, far as I can tell)
I’m ready to learn Obi-Wan.

There is a CSS conflict with the theme at:
http://www.kingstonlandlordassociation.com/join-directory/I noticed that in your other support request and answered it there:
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/visualtext-editor-display-issue/#post-291433Sorry for the split answer, I saw and read the other post first.
The toggling issue on the other site … oddly there are no errors or anything. So, the first thing to try is to deactivate all plugins except Connections and Form to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then it is a plugin conflict, if not, then it is a theme conflict. In the event that it is a plugin conflict, you need to activate the plugins one at a time until the issue returns. The last plugin you activate when the issue returns is the conflicting plugin.
Let me know what you find out.

GuestNo luck with the plugins conflict. Must be the theme. I shall have to ponder. Let me know if you think of something.
Thanks Steven!

ParticipantHi Steven,
I worked around the thing by using shortcodes:
default_type=’organization’ select_type=’false’Removed its ability to display at all. That’ll hold me.
Been having fun with CSS fixes and other shortcodes for other issues as I go. Your archives are extensive!

Glad that solved the problem! I’d still like to see if I can figure out why it did not work for you. Is it possible to get a copy of your theme so I can duplicate the issue?

GuestSure Steven. I would be relieved to know you were doing just that, actually. How can I get the file to you, or would it just be easier to login to my site for now? How do I do get either of these items to you securely?

I just emailed you, please let know if you do not receive it.

Well, I loaded up the themes you sent, guess what? Form toggles the type just fine. Now, admittedly I testing Form 2.0 (major rewrite, releasing soon) and not the version of Form you have installed. Since this seems to work fine with Form 2.0 I’m going to mark this as resolved.
