ParticipantHi Steven,
I’ve purchased the Extensions Pro Pack and have installed and activated just the Form plugin (so far).
Using the excellent Form doc, I have managed to produce the “Submit New Entry” link on my directory. However, when I click on it I get a 404.
I also get the same outcome if I click on the single entry I have created via the backend menu (i.e. WP Admin).
Looking through the support forums, it may be something to do with either another plugin, my theme or Jquery. I AM using a CPT to display my directory.
Could you please let me know what further actions I can take to debug this?
Many thanks,

ParticipantUPDATE:
I’ve now created a temporary test page for my directory using a standard page rather than my Custom Post Type – surprise, surprise, now it all works!
So it’s not a plugin or JQuery clash – it’s either my theme or use of a CPT.
I really would prefer to be able to use Connections via CPTs so I’d still appreciate some help as to how to debug further to see what’s happening etc.
Thanks,

Presently, Connections only supported when used on WordPress pages, not CPT/s.
Now, that said, I just spent this afternoon adding the necessary rewrite rules to support CPT/s. Initial testing shows it working without any any issue.
My question… is how did you get the links to point to a CPT to begin with??? I’m guessing you found a loophole or a bug which allowed it.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Just tested via my CPTs and it all works beautifully.
Many thanks for all your work to include support for CPTs – it is very much appreciated.
Cheers,

Great to hear! The testing was with the freshly minted 8.5.14 release right and not the zip download, right?

ParticipantYep – Freshly Minted it was!
