ParticipantI have Form extension installed on my website, I noticed that no new submission email is sent to the the DB admin, However the new subscriber receives notice of receipt email.
I installed the “WP mail log” plugin to track the problem as suggested in another support topic, and I found that no records for any emails related to the connection plugin even the notice of receipt emails which is being sent.
I made sure that the admin is not logged in and the new submission is still waiting for approval. How can this be fixed.10/24/2017 at 1:43 pm #438677Steven Zahm

RE: I installed the “WP mail log” plugin
Which “WP mail log” exactly? Connections is only compatible with a few. I suggest reviewing the logs on the Connections : Tools admin page.
Things to double check:
- Ensure the “Submission Notice” option is enabled.
- Ensure the “Submission Notice To” email address is correct.
- Check the recipient email address inbox junk/spam folder.
- Try an alternative email address, especially if you are using the Gmail alias inbox features.
Hope this helps, let me know what you learn.

GuestI found the emails record in the logs tab as instructed above. Most of the notice emails sent status are failed, but few of them are Successfully sent.

Ok, it is good that they are being logged, but, for some reason, WordPress is failing to send them and reporting the failed status. This can happen for a variety of reasons outside the control of WordPress and Connections. I suggest using the Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log plugin to test and debug why these are failing.
