    I purchased Form on April 5 2012 and need to do a reinstall.  I logged in and could see my profile.  Whenever I try to view my history I am in a loop that says I must log in (click here) then it tells me I am already logged in but gives me no history.

    I tried to purchase the Form again and when I go to the cart is says the cart is empty.  I can not access the Form I purchased a year ago and I can not purchase a new one!

    Sounds link you might be using Chrome as your browser. I personally been running in to this issue on more and more site that require logins. Chrome seems to be too aggressive with local page caching. Although … that should not affect the shopping cart. I’ll definitely have to look into that.

    After you login and go to the purchase history page, force refresh the browser. after the page refreshes, you should see your purchase history instead of the request to login.

    Please let me know if that helps.

    I use FireFox.  It worked when I went to the History page and then refreshed.  I haven’t logged in for almost a year so I never would have thought of refreshing!  Thanks!
