RE: I have everything working like I want it to but now the new entry isn’t showing in the moderation queue.
I need more info…
Are you testing as a normal user and not an admin?
If you are testing as a normal user, is it a new user or existing user?
If it is an existing user? What is that users role?
What is that roles settings on the Connections : Roles admin page.
If it is a new user, what is the role they are assigned upon completing registration?
What is that roles settings on the Connections : Roles admin page.
When you say not showing in the moderation queue, does that mean that are showing in the approved list? Or does that mean the user’s info is never received.
Are you looking at the moderation queue? Sorry have to ask, been here before with another and it was as simple they were not looking at the moderation queue.
Have you applied any of the manage list filters? These are the dropdowns above the manage list. These should all be set to show all. If they are not, choose the show all for each and then click the filter button.

A few responses back, I did mention making sure your role capabilities are setup correct with the [link to the docs which cover it](Add Entry and Edit Entry capabilities.)… I’m guessing I was not clear enough, apologies.
Your last reply says “Add Entry and Edit entry“.
If you want submissions to be moderated you need to set the Subscriber role to have the Add Entry Moderated and Edit Entry Moderated capabilities not the Add Entry and Edit Entry capabilities. Do not give the Subscriber role the Add Entry and Edit Entry capabilities.
