    The plugin works great except for the Form add on. It displays on the page correctly, I just can’t seem to get it to submit. I’ve tried deactivating other plugins to see if it was conflicting, but nothing seems to work.

    Likely a javascript error in the theme, if all other plugins were deactivated. Can you please share a link so I can take a look?

    I can’t get to the page, it is in a redirect loop.

    any way, what I can tell is that theme is improperly loading the wrong version of jQuery. This can cause issues with many plugins, not just Connections. Try this. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and check the jQuery option under the Advanced tab. This attempts to correctly load the correct version of jQuery that is bundled with WordPress.

    Let me know if that helps.
