    As you advised,

    Am continuing to seek your support to resolve the issue of ezTOC adding a span to homepage module Header links even though its not selected for application in pages and posts and also excluded from the homepage in the ‘advanced setting’ options.

    Since I find ezTOC to be an essential plugin for my blog, would really be glad to get a solution to this.

    Make sure you have checked the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” before you submit. If it checked, try looking in your spam/junk folder, perhaps they’re getting flagged.

    As for the FTP account… You need to contact your web host for support. You can create new accounts with your host. What will make it temporary is that you can delete that account after I am done.
