ParticipantWhen using Tools > Export All I received the error “undefined”. All of the other exports work without a problem.
Object { readyState: 4, getResponseHeader: getResponseHeader(), getAllResponseHeaders: getAllResponseHeaders(), setRequestHeader: setRequestHeader(), overrideMimeType: overrideMimeType(), statusCode: statusCode(), abort: abort(), state: state(), always: always(), then: then(), 11 more… } cn-csv-export.min.js:1:899

The cause is likely either a plugin conflict causing a PHP error in the background or resources assigned to PHP are being exhausted. Can you check the PHP error log to see if anything related has been recorded?

The only thing I can think of suggesting is to increase the PHP resources for max_exection and memory. The screenshots show the responses as server 500 errors. If nothing shows in the PHP error log, then it is usually a memory issue.
Hope this helps, let me know.

Ok, I think I know what’s going on … something that should not happen. My guess in one or more of the entries in your database has no image meta attached to it for the photo/logo. Even in cases where there is no photo/logo attached, there should still be meta.
If you can give me a temp admin login, I can test a hotpatch which should fix it. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

Hmmm… that’s unfortunate. I guess I can take a blind stab. The next update, which I’ll try to push out next week will contain a tweak which I think will resolve the issue. It’ll be version 8.6.12. After you update, let me know if it fixed the issue or not.

GuestJust moved to a new host. Using connections for a business directory. Some images/information does not show on the live side of the website. Main problem is that in the WP admin under connections/manage, 90% of the businesses/people are not even there, listed, nothing.
I can see them all on the new server within the phpMyAdmin DB, but not on/in the site. Tried to do an export/import from old site, but that just sat and did nothing. When I tried the .json import it only gave Syntax error, malformed JSON error
The only difference I see is that in the old DB it used wp_ as prefix for connection threads, and new DB uses wplz_ in prefix
Please advise
