GuestHi Steve,
I use your plugin to host events listings. Adding the event date as an entry’s ‘birthday’ and clicking ‘unlisted’ in the display options usually makes the events appear in their correct chronology, however this hasn’t happened with the most recent entry I’ve added.

The event – on 31 May – should appear at the end of the list but is appearing instead at the beginning. Do you know why this may be?
Many thanks,

Hmmm… I do not know. I just tested with this shortcode:
[connections category=331 order_by=birthday template=card]
What is the exact shortcode you are using?
I created 3 test entries in a test category with the ID of 331.
I entered the birthdates of 2/1, 3/8 and 5/31, set as unlisted. The order was shown as expected. I even changed around the dates to make sure the order changed according to the dates and they did.A couple things to check…
It looks like you might be using page caching, make sure you flush the page cache to ensure you’re viewing the latest version of the page.
Make sure you have only one birthday entered.
Hope that helps!

GuestHi,
thanks for your reply. The shortcode I’m using is [connections_list category=2 order_by=’birthday|SORT_DEC’].
I’ve tried clearing cache and there’s only one date shown. I’m a bit stumped!
Many thanks,

If you want, grant me a temp admin account and I’ll take a closer look to see if I can resolve the issue.
