ParticipantHi Steve! Hope March has treated you well so far!
It’s time for me to begin populating the first eDirectory, and I’m having a bit of trouble activating my Pro Pack license on a new install. I’m seeing the following error when I try to activate an extension license: “Bundle license keys can not be activated. Use item license key instead.”
When I try to activate the Tile Plus license the same way, I see a slightly different error: “License entered is not for this item.”
Can you please help? Thanks much!!

Looking at the license activation logs it seems you have figured it out because I see you have activated several items. PLease let me know if you have not.

ParticipantThanks for the quick reply! Hmm, I did not knowingly resolve anything. On the Connections Settings page for Licenses, I’m still seeing “License entered is not for this item.”
I’m accessing the site by IP right now; is that possibly part of the problem?

If you give me a temp admin login, I’ll take a closer look. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

I thought you had resolved this because I same some license activation yesterday in the logs. But that was on a different site. They seemed to activate fine.
The licenses activated on the site you just gave me a link to…
You need to use the individual licenses to activate, not the bundle license key. I corrected that.
There does seem to be an issue though. When you upgraded you license from the single site to the unlimited site option, the individual items within the bundle activation limits were not upgrade as they should have been. Basically they are “stuck” at one.
I myself have to reach out to support to ask why this happened and how to fix it. This could take a couple days to fully resolve. That said. Be rest assured this is high priority for me to resolve. Also, you can continue your work. The items you installed will function just fine without being activated.
As soon as I have this resolved, I’ll follow up so you can activate your licenses on you new site.
Apologies for the trouble!

ParticipantNot a problem — will look out for your reply when there’s a resolution. I’m just happy that everything is able to work on the client site. Thank you!

Your licenses have been corrected and activated on your new site. Again, apologies for the trouble!
