    @ Michael 

    This error only happens from upgrading fro an older version and the db upgrade routine not being run when it should have. I can fix this but I would need a temp admin account.

    Hi Steve, do you need temp admin access to the db or wordpress?

    Usually a temp WordPress admin account is all I need.
