ParticipantI upgraded a website last night to the latest WordPress version 4.4.1 and the slim template stopped coming up. The pages are setup to show the active template which is cMap and then down below it we use a shortcode override and the template there has been slim. When it stopped working last night I bought Slim Plus and installed it but it is doing the same thing.
I did notice that if I make Slim Plus the active template that the top works with it but still the bottom which is shortcode override will not.
Please help!

Odd… here’s what to try. Edit the page with the shortcode on it. Switch the editor to the
Texttab. Delete the shortcode instance with the `template=’slim-plus“ in it. Now, retype it manually, no copy/pasting, and then save the page. Does that fix it?02/01/2016 at 6:30 pm #363270Greyling Davis
ParticipantThank you. That worked. I do not understand it but after I did the first one I was able to cut and paste the rest. Strangest thing but thank you!

Great to hear it works now! I suspect this broke do to the update to WP 4.4. WP has been tightening up the code that processes shortcodes so they are a little less tolerant of errors for the sake of security. My guess you may have something in the shortcode that was breaking. Most often this occurs from copy/pasting shortcodes and their options from a web page.
