I just transferred a new domain to my current web site and received the following error/
ERROR: Template not found
After reviewing you faq page it stated that I can use the CMap template on two web sites. The other domain is still up and running.
Do I have to purchase a new cmap template for both doains names to get it up and running.
I was also having a problem with searching names by clicking on the alphabet letters to bring up the last name search. If I typed in the full name the person contact information displayed. For example I did a search by clicking on a single letter, for example I searched from alphabet letter “H”and the home page came up instead of last name contacts starting with letter “H” The Category search displayed the correct contacts in the category listings.
The two domains are adsai.co and adsai.org.
I deactivate the cmap template and reactivate thecmap template and it appears the contact template is now working.
Yes, simply visiting the Template admin page should flush the template path cache and if that does not, then as you discovered, deactivate/reactive will rebuild the template paths.
