    I’m getting this error: ERROR: Template cmap not found, after I updated my website and plugins. What to do?

    @ John

    First, ensure the cMap template is activated as a plugin. You can check this by going to the WordPress plugins admin page. If it is not activated, please activate it.

    If it is active…

    Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.

    Does is show up as an available template? It should, click the activate button.

    Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I can’t find a cMap plugin in my admin page, and the problem is therefore not solved. I’m very new to wordpress so excuse my lack of expertise.

    If it is not available to activate under the WordPress Plugins admin page and it is not available on the Connections : Templates admin page then you may have accidently deleted it. In that case you will have to reinstall it. I could not locate the purchase for it searching by the email address you used to post so you must have used another email address. You cMap might purchase may be available to you from your purchase history.
