GuestI really could use some help. I’ve put in all entries and now when I go to view the directory on my published site, I get an error message of 500 (generic error). I have 35 single entries and am using the Lovecraft template on WordPress. I’ve been searching your FAQ and forum and cannot find any relevant assistance.
Your response would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

The first thing that comes to mind is perhaps the memory allocated to PHP is being exhausted. hard to image with only 35 entries. But my first suggestion is to try increasing this value. YOu might need you web hosts help do do this. I suggest a setting of 128MB.
Here’s a link to a article that provides several methods to increase this value. Which one that will work for you really depends on the web host. Try starting at the top of the list and work your way down.
You can see the memory limit value on the Connections : Tools admin page under the System Info tab.
Hope that helps. Let me know.

GuestContacted host and they increased memory but said that was not the issue. Said that there was an error code reflecting that somewhere there was a disconnect in the site and the plugin it seemed.
Any other suggestions?
