    When I try to install the connections plugin, I get the following error “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” I am using wordpress 4.8

    Apart from the default fields, do you support custom fields? I need dropbox, checkbox, other custom text fields

    That is a WordPress error. Generally those are triggered when a security feature called an nonce has expired.This can be remediated by refreshing the page and trying do the action action again. These mainly popup for me when WP decides to expire my login session. So I have to login again and redo my action.

    Yes, but there is no user interface to add those fields. See this tutorial on how to add custom text fields.

    The error “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” persists even when I log in and out. i have even tried with WP 4.7.5 and I still get the error

    Can you install other plugins? You are following the Step 1: Download and Install directions, correct?
