Guesti get this error when trying to create or edit a business connection.
I recently had site redesigned and we transferred the data over from the old site.

The site in which you transferred the data from, was that update to date with the current version of Connections? If it was not, the old database schema is not compatible with the current expected schema. I suggest making sure Connections is up to date on the source site, disable the FULLTEXT Search option and then migrate the db tables to the new site. And then enabled the FULLTEXT Search option on the destination site.
Hope this helps, let me know.

RE: deleted manually the old databases but on the new import the images/logos didn’t import.
How did you migrate the source site’s Connections data to the destination?
RE: any way to do that only?
You could use the CSV Export tool on the destination site, fill in the image/logo URL/s from the source site and then import the CSV file on the destination site. This should have happened if you migrated the data using a CSV file. If you migrated the site by moving the tables from one site to the other (what I assumed you were doing), you only needed to Copy the
connections-images
folder from the source to the destination.Hope this helps!

GuestWe also have the “ERROR: Entry could not be updated.” but we didn’t change anything on the website we know about.
How should we start troubleshooting this?

This error generally only ever occurs when the database is out of date. Usually the cause is a failed update or the database is migrated from one server to another when the database versions versions do not match. If you have not moved your site, then the likely reason is that database became outdated due to a failed update. If that is the case it is quick and easy for me to correct. I’ll need a admin login for your site. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.
