Just tried to add my first entry and each time I get the message. Error:entry could not be added, reverts to blank add entry form.
I am the end user, not developer.
Any help appreciated
That would indicate that the database is out out date. I’ll need to take a closer look. If you can give me a temp WP admin account I’ll log in and take a look. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.
I’ve logged in but it does not seem to be an admin account.
For some reason none of the table in Connections exists. Simply deactivating and reactivating Connections was the solution. Out of curiosity, how did you install and activate Connections?
Ok, it sounds as if the Connections tables were not move when the site was moved. And when the site was moved, Connections was already active so it was active at the new location. That would explain how Connections was activated without its tables being created.
When moving a site I highly recommend using a plugin like Duplicator or BackupBuddy. They’ll ensure all data from all plugin including their tables are migrated.
Hope that helps!
